We are delighted to announce that Joe Gibson has been promoted to the Position of Operations Manger effective forthwith. He will continue to oversee the Companys’ IT functions whilst we recruit for a full time IT Manager to take on this role fully, who will report to Joe direct.
Joe has already taken the substantive area of Production Planning under his wing since the loss of Mark Kemp, and this is going very well and he has taken to the role in his stride. With the emergence of Joe Lewins who is doing a great job having taken over from Ryan Thacker, Joe will run the Operations Department and manage Health & Safety issues (for the foreseeable future) ensuring the operations department runs smoothly tackling the daily challenges associated with a busy manufacturing company.
