Bond It sales are supported by a 7-strong internal sales and customer service team headed up by David Carmichael. Currently in his 2nd year with Bond It , David has over 30 years experience in the building products /construction industries in Commercial & Sales roles. He has introduced LEAN management in to the sales office creating a proactive, rapid response team focused on adding value for our customers.

Steve Smith, (second from right), has been with Bond It for over 17 years and knows our products second to none, helping him supervise / advise team members how to best support our customers with industry expertise. Keir Whiteley and Natalie Adnams offer tailored customer liaison, order processing and Customer service support to our customers. Ryan Hancock joined the team in 2018 as the Sales Office apprentice, and will be promoted shortly after completing his apprenticeship training. He is learning about the business and offers help to everyone during the working day.

Nicole Fells has recently joined the Team (April '19) taking on the role of Customer Liaison Officer, adding strength to the current Sales Office format. We are delighted she has joined us. She has industry experience having worked for one of our customers and has well developed Customer facing skills and experience.

We are a strong experienced team who support both the field sales force on a day to day basis as well as being at the end of a phone for all our customers, whether to place orders, sort out delivery dates or to check stock. We have built excellent relationships with customers worldwide and endeavour to make dealing with Bond It a pleasure.

As the business continues to grow David has plans to expand his Team to include dedicated outbound Telesales Operatives. This initiative is planned for early 2020 and we are expecting this to be a very productive addition to the business.
