Operation Bond It

Having been with Bond It for over 14 years, Joe Gibson spent his early years working in the Production Planning and Purchasing areas of the business. Spending valuable time in all areas of the Company has allowed him to build up a great knowledge of all the systems used across the Company from Manufacturing to Accounting.

After working as IT Manager for a number of years, with the sad loss of Mark Kemp in 2019, Joe has been promoted to Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of the Ops side of the business.

With a full working knowledge of the systems and operation processes embraced by Bond It, Joe has taken to the role like a duck to water and has already begun to streamline the manufacturing arm of the business.

Working alongside him is Steve Smith, who transferred from the Sales Office in 2019 and is our Operations Co-ordinator and Patricia Fisher, Production Planner who help him run and maintain the planning function of the Operations Department.

Martin Tapley-Taylor is responsible for all the Health & Safety protocol within the Company as Environmental Health & Safety Officer. He has built on the platform already in-situ at Bond It to ensure all manner of H&S requirements are carried out to the fullest.
