PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A one part, high quality, low modulus, neutral curing sealing material based on advanced hybrid polymer technology.
A fast skinning, neutral cure, hybrid roofing sealant and adhesive that reduces weather ingression, tile lift and noise. Provides long term weather resistant joints. For use on all types of roof, flashing, soffits and guttering.
- Solvent-free & odourless.
- Easy to tool and finish.
- Can be overpainted with waterbased paints.
- UV resistant.
- Quick curing.
- Contains no isocyanates, solvents, silicone and phthalates.
- Excellent adhesion to most surfaces (even moist surfaces).
- For sealing and bonding interior and exterior applications.
- Very low omissions, EC1+ certified.
- CE Approved: Conforms to EN15651-1; F INT.
APPLICATION
Can be used on lead, concrete, brickwork, aluminium, copper, uPVC, steel, timber, industrial roofing panels, slate, tiles, acrylic, glass, GRP amd bitumen (provided the bitumen is primed first). Also suitable for internal use for sub-roof ducting and for sealing roof lights, mechanical fasteners and cladding, as well as with solar energy systems. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
